MANUAL THERAPY (adjustment)
Adjustment is a painless procedure where a controlled, sudden force is applied to a restricted joint. This technique aims to restore joint movement and improve the body's overall function.
ELECTROTHERAPIES
(IFC/EMS/TENS/STIM)
Supportive therapies deliver a small electrical impulse to stimulate muscle/nerve. TENS impulses reduce pain signals to the brain. Also, they help the body produce natural pain relievers, "endorphins." E-STIM sends signals to specific muscles/nerves causing contraction. The repetitive contractions increase muscles strength, improve blood flow and help repair the injured muscles.
KINESIO- TAPING
The application of a special athletic tape on a joint or muscle or both. The goals of kinesiology taping are to improve circulation, support muscles, foster healing, and help prevent injury or further injury.
FLEXION-DISTRACTION
A safe low-force option is used to help decrease low back pain caused by • Disc herniation (slipped disc) • Sciatica (travelling leg pain) • Spinal stenosis (narrowing of the spinal canal) • Facet syndrome (back joints restriction) • Spondylolisthesis (slipped vertebra) • before or after low back surgery
GRASTON
(INSTRUMENT ASSISTED SOFT TISSUE THERAPY)
A unique technique involves applying a small handheld tool to specific muscles group to speed up the healing process, increase blood flow, break down scar tissues and adhesions. Bruising, tenderness and soreness are common side effects, typically resolve within 48 hours.

SHOCKWAVE | LASER | ULTRASOUND
These supportive therapies cause a biological reaction inside the cells that increases blood circulation and triggers the body to accelerate its natural healing processes.
Medical
Acupuncture
Acupuncture points are thought to trigger the release of healing chemicals into muscles, joints, and nerves. This process can reduce pain and boost blood flow, addressing health issues.

Acupuncture has been proven to help with arthritis, muscle pain, headaches, and muscle and knee pain.
